Tasmanian Xers need to say "I'm full"

I guess laying around playing video games doesn't encourage a healthy lifestyle....

...public health director Roscoe Taylor -- indicated that unless major systemic and lifestyle changes were made the state would soon be in turmoil.

He said Tasmania's Generation X (people born between 1964 and 1980) were "ticking health time bombs" who for the first time in history were likely to die at a younger age than their parents and who faced rising rates of chronic illness which would put huge strain on hospitals and nursing homes.
