A drilling rig leased by the oil company BP exploded and sank off the Louisiana coast last week. Some 1,000 barrels of oil a day are leaking into the sea from the damaged well, officials say.

I'm sure it is a mess, but it is the deaths of the men which I mourn. Halliburton had men and equipment on this rig, but only lost the equipment. These rigs are so regulated that this kind of accident is few and far between.
