Aww, poor baby. Hopefully that someone could take a picture, the Ranger could know about it and help. :(
My dog did that - he ate all the rabbit food in a plastic jar and then had the jar stuck on his head. He looked like "Space Dog."
It took the Rangers 10 days to track the bugger down. He must have been so thirsty and hungry.
