When there's waves in the gulf it's amazing how many people from work you'll see in the water. We all happened to be afflicted by that very contagious germ, 'Swellitis'.

If your boss is smart, they probably check the weather (or wherever one finds the "wave report") and is ready for "sick calls".
Kath, I thought even the bosses were out on the waves in FL.
We had a beautiful day in OK yesterday. The wind was not howling and the temps were in the 80's. Too bad we don't have waves around here. But soon it will be time to get out the Hobie Cat and the kayaks and the motorcycles and the bicycles - before the temps reach 100+. It is a small window, but we do what we can.
Oh, BB, yeah, you're right about the boss being out there, too!
At least you're in a place where you get to have weather changes -- extreme as they may be sometimes. And OK has all those beautiful fields. I'm on the East Coast and as long as we don't have very much snow, I love it.
I don't think I could be in FL where it's pretty much always the same. But I can see how it would be enjoyable.
