Well, uh, say you were to "accidentally" enter a toll road and you don't have the scanner and you're following someone that does have a scanner and you're very interested in keeping up with them, bec. otherwise you'll be lost, then, uh, well, uh, yeah, you get a ticket in the mail.
Yeah, yeah, I paid the damn thing. It's for the violation AND the toll. Geesh!
(How embarassing.)
