Guess I don't get the whole aspect of the can't-you-see-how-bad-everything-is-ever-day mantra.
Kind of the opposite of rose-color glasses. You look for the bad, I think you're going to find it and it just spirals away from there.
Can't say I'm Suzy Sunshine every day, but maybe I'm just more optimistic in general.
(And NO, I don't go around telling everybody have a good day!)
