They found strong evidence that mentally challenging activities like aerobic exercise and social interaction can slow down 'brain fade.'

Isn't that what the -- oh, this is a perfect example, I can't rem. the name of the damn thing -- one of those games that's all about training your brain and using your brain. That you need to do that.
I just say just using your computer every day is a brain challenge for me, let alone all the junk that now you have to do associated with your comp. -- like online banking, paying your bills online, all the programs at your job.
Altho, me and the ATM machine are NOT friends. Every time I try to transfer money, I end up with it in my hand. (But that COULD be a Freudian slip.)
It's crazy how our lives are intertwined with using this rotten box. It's really crazy how quickly it all happened. In just 1 decade we all went to being hooked up to every place on earth via the internet.
