Okay, not quite, but it's a start (a follow-up to a previous post).
CNN's Rick Sanchez gives baby boomer Congresswoman Marsha Blackburn shit for her hypocrisy on rubber stamping Bush era 'Generational Rape-age', but now being critical when Obama breaks out the Visa.
When it becomes apparent to Gen X and younger generations how fucked we are there's going to be a mighty backlash. Unfortunately, it'll already be too late for us to direct that anger to actually stop the bullshit.

It makes perfect sense for one president to over spend and the next one to try to top him in spending. It would be just silly for Obama to go back in and cut spending and programs from the Bush administration. No wonder the polls show the stimulus bill is popular. If someone is giving out money, get in line.
Where does the madness end?
And I agree with Bag Blog -- where does it end? And how does it end?
I don't know, it's just crazy.
On one hand you have to let the stimulus plan get started to see if it CAN work, to see if it will accomplish anything.
But on the other hand, where's all the money? How do we pay this back? Or I just what the hell, throw up my hands, take what I can get and let "someone else" handle it? That's soooooo wrong.
I mean, you could talk yourself into a serious funk about this -- and I'm not so sure you shouldn't. But what good would that do?
Answers. We need answers and I don't see anybody with any answers.

Latchkey,
It's no surprise that Generation X is going to get the short end of the stick. That is kinda the deal for what is known as a "Nomad" generation. The last Nomad generation was the Lost Generation, born 1883-1900, and they got the shaft in old age as well (in the 50's and 60's). Kinda the price we pay for being able to party in our youth. Or something like that!

At this point I feel that Gen X will have to try to be remembered as the generation that got the boat back on the correct course. Because god/satan knows we ain't gonna be around to see us get out of debt.
