Gen X takes over James Bond

Sweeeeeet. Not only is James Bond an Xster (Daniel Craig), but now also the villain.
An interesting rumor has been circulating regarding Oscar winner Rachel Weisz and the long running James Bond franchise. According to Cinemablend we could be looking at the latest leading lady in the series, but she won’t come on board as just eye candy, she’ll be the villain! Dun, dun, dun, dun!!

Weisz has expressed interest in tackling a role in the series before, she even joked that she wouldn’t mind being a Bond girl, but wouldn’t it be awesome if she went even further? Sources are stating that she’s up to star as one of the few female Bond villains to ever take center stage in the franchise. The character she’d play would be the “the head of Quantum, the secret organization responsible for all the bad guy activity in the last two films.”

She seems like she would be a really good villain! Wasn't that her in the Mummy movie with Brandon (be still my heart) Frasier?

And I bet she would be better than Demi Moore was as a villain in Charlie's Angels. :(

HMMMM? I didn't see the Mummy.

Not too much a fan of Demi Moore, so in my mind even Pam Anderson would be an upgrade.

I actually didn't! I don't see too many movies (I have trouble sitting still for 2 hours).
