The worker told police he found the children -- a pair of 3-year-old twin girls and a 1-year-old girl -- inside the home, police said.
The worker said the house was filthy, the children had soiled diapers, the bathroom doors had been locked and the refrigerator was roped shut, according to police.

People suck. WHEN are we going to require a license to reproduce? Or at least an IQ test? (Sorry, job hazard. Lots of druggies having babies this month. Go us.)
Poor kids. No chance at all for a "normal" existance.
And because it's so much fun to have that first one, why not have two or three more -- or five, six, or seven more!! That way you can get even more money from the state.
